• New WaterPro Service Agreements are effective on the Manufacturer's Warranty Start Date or the original "In-Service Date" in the case of demonstrators.
• New Watercraft under 12 months in age or with at least 30 days of remaining factory warranty (January 1 constitutes model year change).
• Watercraft sold to first retail owner.
• Used WaterPro Service Agreements may only be sold at the time of purchase.
• Used Watercraft of the current model year and 5 years prior (January 1 constitutes model year change) -- no older!
• Used WaterPro Service Agreements are effective the date the customer purchases the watercraft.
• Used personal watercraft and personal jet boats of the current year and 3 years prior -- no older!
• Watercraft listed on the rate chart.
• Watercraft up to 60 feet in length.
• Watercraft with 2 engines or less.
